Coastal Pollution Clean up and disposal Framework

A below threshold coastal pollution Framework Agreement for East Sussex County Council and its Districts and Borough Councils issued via direct award to the previously awarded contractor to maintain adequate cover whilst a longer-term arrangement is procured. The Coastal Pollution Clean Up and Disposal Framework provides the Council with a fully comprehensive 24/7 emergency response capability for coastal pollution incidents potentially involving oil, hazardous or noxious substances, debris, and other contaminants.
