Consultancy services to support Plymouth City Council in developing the commercial and financial case for connecting selected PCC owned buildings to the Plymouth Heat Network and to inform the PCC Business Case. To provide PCC with a valuation of existing PCC heat network assets that may be transferred, made available to, or utilised by the Development Partner in connection with the Plymouth Heat Network.
