Homeless Support - Outreach / Co-ordination

Ashfield District Council has procured a countywide Rough Sleeping Outreach & Coordination Service through Lot 2 of the Rough Sleeping Prevention and Resettlement Framework. The service will support people who are sleeping rough, have previously slept rough, or are at risk of homelessness, including those in unsafe or insecure situations.
