Contract for the Provision of a Right to Light Consultant Surveyor

Northumberland County Council are seeking to appoint a Right to Light Consultant Surveyor to provide professional Right to Light services relating to any Right to Light claims made by potentially affected neighbouring property owners near the new Maltings Theatre development at Eastern Lane in Berwick-upon-Tweed. The appointed consultant shall investigate the potential impact of each claim and provide an estimated value on the compensation payable for any loss of light.
