Contact Centre Platform

The requirement is for a cloud hosted contact centre platform including support and maintenance services for United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. This contract is for 3 years with one further option to extend for 1 year. The full value of the contract including extensions is £532,594 excluding VAT.
