Supply of Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor

APHA require the supply of an integrated equipment platform comprising an Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor, Sample Pretreatment System, Isothermal Nucleic Acid Amplification Detector and associated detection and extraction kits (the Goods). The Goods are required to support APHA's research into the detection of bovine tuberculosis (Mycobacterium bovis) in bulk milk, colostrum and environmental samples as part of the ADEPT EU research programme and Defra's wider bovine tuberculosis research objectives.
