This Framework Agreement is for the provision of Property Maintenance Services to the Northern Ireland Government Estate which is anticipated to include: • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Works; • Remedial Maintenance; • Reactive Maintenance; and • Minor Works up to a value of £250,000 including Design Services as necessary.
