Specialist Environmental Crime Detection and Enforcement Pilot (Fly-Tipping Detection)

Provision of six deployable camera units and associated AI-powered software to detect fly-tipping and environmental crime. The pilot includes automated detection technology, evidence management, hotspot analytics, court-admissible evidence packs, hosting, training, maintenance and support. The aim is to evaluate whether the technology improves enforcement outcomes, identifies offenders more effectively and provides value for money before any long-term procurement decision.
