Todhills Landfill Site - Replace current leachate tank with like for like new tank

Landfill leachate is pumped from a network of collection wells on Todhills landfill site to a storage tank. The storage tank is periodically emptied by a contractor for off-site treatment and disposal. The current leachate storage tank (steel) has been on site since 2008 and is starting to show signs of decay.
