The direct award of a contract to the current provider, under the Light-Touch Regime, for the provision of Telecare Monitoring Services to Taking Care Personal Alarms Limited (Company Number 01488490) for the period of 24+12 months commencing on 16 April 2026. This total contract value is estimated at £286,770 excl. VAT (£344,124 incl. VAT) for the 24-month term and £440,937 excl. VAT (£529,124.40 inc. VAT) if the 12-month extension is exercised.
