Lease of Refuse Collection Vehicles

Caerphilly County Borough Council ("the Council") intends to award a contract Endurance Vehicle Solutions Ltd for the supply of Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs) to support the continued delivery of the Council's waste collection services. The Council requires vehicles that are operationally suitable and can be supplied within an accelerated delivery timeframe.
