CKH intends to undertake remedial works to the vacant property at 72 London Road, Peterborough to create a 5 room HMO using Cross Keys Homes' component specifications. The tender is to be priced against all elements of work individually to allow for a cost analysis. The tender shall be on a fixed price basis and must be submitted on the Form of Tender.
