Substance Misuse System Review (Bi-Borough)

Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are seeking an independent consultancy to undertake a review of the current adult drug and alcohol treatment and recovery systems. The review will assess current service provision, undertake stakeholder and service user engagement, identify strengths, gaps and future opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations and options appraisals to inform future commissioning arrangements for substance misuse services
