Provision of Retrofit Assessments and Energy Performance Certificates to support Fairhives warm homes SHF wave 3 programme plus any further requirements for assessments and EPC's on an Ad-hoc basis across the contract term. The contract was awarded under the Procure Plus framework agreement.
