AZP - Continuation of Project Management

Liverpool City Council (LCC) are a nominated Advanced Zoning Programme (AZP) City to support the establishment and scaling of low carbon heat networks across the UK. LCC have been supported for several months by a consortium of technical, commercial and legal partners. This specific commission is with regards to Harbour Project Management to continue to act as project manager.
