International HGV sales data

The Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) wishes to procure data on the registrations of heavy goods vehicles across a range of primarily European countries, to support with policy development work. This data should include the powertrain of vehicles, their weight class, and body type. The data should be historic for at least several years.
