QTS is establishing a closed Consultants Framework. As a result of this tender, the Authority are seeking to create: A framework incorporating 12 lots Lot 1 – Architects Lot 2 – Cost Consultants Lot 3 – M&E Engineering Lot 4 – Building Surveyors Lot 5 – Structural Engineering Lot 6 – Principal Designer Lot 7 – Property Consulting Advice Lot 8 – Strategic Estates Advice Lot 9 – Fire Safety and Training Lot 10 – Project Management Lot 11 – Clerk of Works Lot 12 – Strategic Estates & FM Deliver Partnerships
