STA Dental Extension fire improvement work

An enabling works package has been identified for the Dental Extension project. A cost comparison exercise was carried out earlier this year. It was agreed as a result that the fire improvement works would be carried out as a seperate contract. A brief has been developed detailing all of the enabling works that could be carried out prior to the main works starting. This is NOT a tender opportunity
