Direct Award for Specialist Planning Recruitment Services

Provision of specialist recruitment services to support the Council's Planning Service through the continued engagement of an existing consultant. The direct award is intended to maintain service continuity, retain specialist knowledge and expertise, support the management of live planning applications, and minimise disruption, delays, and inefficiencies within the Planning Service.
