Provision of specialist MIDAS (Motorway Incident Detection and Automatic Signalling) consultancy support services, including Service Delivery Manager expertise for operational service management, service assurance, incident management support, performance monitoring, data analysis, service improvement recommendations, and support for Operation Greenshields activities. The contract supports the continuity and improvement of National Highways' MIDAS service and associated operational technology systems.
