The purpose of this commission is for the Contractor to undertake a feasibility study and cost analysis including anticipated return on investment providing a detailed report focusing on: • The reuse of tunnel sump water for tunnel wall washing. • The reuse of building roof and waste water for flushing building toilets and use in sinks and showers.
