Short Breaks for Disabled Children and Young People

Short Breaks Services provide children and young people with opportunities to take part in positive activities, develop independence, build friendships and achieve personal outcomes, while also providing families and carers with a break from their caring responsibilities. Services can include community-based activities, group provision, specialist support and holiday activities, depending on the needs and interests of the child or young person and their family.
