Housing First for Young People

The service will support up to single homeless young people and Hackney care leavers aged 18–25. This includes individuals with multiple, complex needs (e.g., severe mental health issues, substance misuse, vulnerabilities to criminal and sexual exploitation, trauma, and domestic abuse) who cannot sustain traditional supported housing settings.
