Bransholme Annex Remodel and Refurbishment

To remodel for occupation by Neighbourhood Policing Team and other specialist teams. Scope to include remodel of shower areas (ground and 1st floors), new video witness interview suite and waiting area, as well as secure external storage. General refurbishment throughout partial ground floor and full 1st floor area as outlined in plans and specifications. This is a call-off contract under the auspices of Estates Works Framework ref: 1737-2018.
