The Target Hardening Service is designed to improve the safety and wellbeing of domestic abuse victims who are living in their own homes, whether as owner‑occupiers or private renters. The service provides home safety assessments, recommends suitable security measures, and installs approved interventions to reduce the risk of repeat incidents and potential homelessness.
