Psychological Services Provision

Provide a standardised staff psychological service in all its elements across the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS). This includes providing advice to the Trust and managers to reduce the occurrence and length of absence through timely and appropriate advice. Standardising the reporting which includes providing factual and balanced recommendations and provision of management information. Provide this service for over a 52-week period per year.
