Bellegrove Housing Development - Clerk of Works

To support with the delivery of the Bellegrove Housing Development project delivery. Acting as the Council's on-site representative, the Clerk of Works provides independent oversight, monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications and statutory requirements. This role helps identify issues early, reduces the risk of costly defects or delays, and safeguards the council's investment by ensuring that the development is delivered to the required standards and within agreed timescales.
