Tender for Clerk of Works service for Warm Home local Grant

This new service will act as an independent, technical auditor to verify the design and installation of energy efficiency and low carbon heating measures within Warm Homes Local Grant. It is expected this service will focus on certain measures, particularly External/Internal Wall Insulation, and Air Source Heat Pumps, following the recent National Audit Office report into failures with insulation.
