Provision of Supported Accommodation - Rhos Dyfed

The project will provide a supported accommodation scheme to individuals who are:18+, have complex needs (including as mental health issues, alcohol and/or substance misuse issues, offending behaviour etc., have been assessed as high needs (7 units) or medium need (2 units) through the supported accommodation eligibility process
