CBC-2083-Q-SM CBC industry Units refurbishments

Central Bedfordshire Council has awarded a contract for refurbishment and repair works to Council-owned industrial units. The contract covers a range of building maintenance and refurbishment activities across the units, including associated building, roofing, electrical, plumbing and general repair works as required. The works are intended to maintain and improve the condition, safety and functionality of the properties.
