Device vLAN update

There are currently a number of building management system controls and door access controls that are offline because of a conflict between the using the same IP addresses on the same VLAN. IT has made a dedicated VLAN available for the door access controls to move to and we now need all door access controls to be readdressed onto that VLAN.
