Tackling South-West Burnley Green Spaces Moto-nuisance - Phase 1

Tenders were invited from contractors having the resources, sufficient capacity and experience working with Local Authority clients to supply and fit a range of vehicular barriers to prevent vehicular access to green space in and around Hargher Clough Park and South West Burnley. All works must be in accordance with the specification and written instructions in the tender documents.
