Over the 6 month pilot period South Liverpool Probation Delivery Unit, in conjunction with Whitechapel, Liverpool Housing Options services, CGL, prisons and the CFO hub, targeted all revolving door prison recalls. Over half this cohort were rough sleepers and all were class A drug users.
