PoCA Retention, Valuation and Auction of Seized Goods

The contract provides a nationwide service for the collection, transportation, valuation, storage and auction/disposal of assets seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) and associated legislation. The service supports HMRC's asset recovery activities by ensuring seized items are securely retained, managed and, where appropriate, sold at auction, with proceeds returned to HMRC. The requirement includes haulage, storage, asset management, specialist handling, valuation and auction services across the UK.
