Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) perception surveys for the next year, in line with the statutory requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). Introduced in March 2023 under the Social Housing Regulation Act 2024, all registered providers of social housing are required to report on TSMs annually to both the regulator and the public.
