EBCT 468 Retail Needs Study

Erewash Borough Council (EBC) have started work on a new Local Plan, which will be drawn up using the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) 2026. EBC are now looking for a contractor to prepare and present a Retail Needs Study to be used by the Planning Policy team to help contribute towards assessing the retail needs of the Borough for the new Local Plan.
