An independent technical inspection and condition assessment for the MT and ERF at Forest Park. This includes an urgent onsite inspection, a comprehensive condition survey of key assets (mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, and control systems), development of a hand-back documentation pack, and root cause analysis of critical operational issues.
