Old Barton conversion for Medina House School (Consultancy)

Professional services are needed to deliver the conversion of Old Barton Primary School to be fully refurbished to become Medina House School to provide 3 classrooms and internal ancillary spaces plus external play space for 36 children to start school in September 2027. RIBA stages two concept design, RIBA stage three spatial coordination, RIBA stage four technical design, RIBA stage five manufacturing and construction, RIBA stage six handover of project.
