Future Housing Need Assessment Service

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking quotations for the provision of a refreshed Supported Housing Need Assessment. The Needs Assessment is being commissioned in order to ensure compliance with the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023, which requires all Local Authorities to conduct a need assessment relating to the current supply and projected demand relating to supported accommodation within the Local Authority area.
