FRA Works Programme (Interim)

Award of a contract for Fire Safety Remedial and Planned Works Programme for a duration of twelve (12) months, enabling the preparation and procurement of a wider 5 year FRA programme. The works will ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Building Safety Act 2022, and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, as well as improve the Decent Homes standard of the buildings.
