People Analytics Programme

DfT People Data & Analytics requires access to a specialist programme that can accelerate the maturity, credibility and impact of people analytics across the Department. The requirement is not simply training: it is for external challenge, benchmarking, thought leadership, practical tools, peer learning and targeted advisory input to support organisational decision making and transformation.
