North Hertfordshire District Council Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople Accommodation Assessment (GTAA)

The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Consultant to undertake a Gypsy and Traveller Accommodation Assessment (GTAA). The study will: • assess the need for future accommodation; • inform the requirement for allocations in the North Hertfordshire Local Plan 2029-2040. The study should be consistent with requirements set out in the Government’s National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Planning Practice Guidance (PPG) and any updates as appropriate.
