The provision of consultancy services for the development of a digital action plan

The WMCA is seeking to appoint a consultant to carry out research that will identify and evaluate digital opportunities for the West Midlands to support the WMCA to create delivery-focused digital implementation plan focused on a small number of investable interventions that can make a material difference across the realms of digital adoption & diffusion, skills, infrastructure and public service innovation. Contract dates- 27th July 2026- 23rd October 2026
