NEET Employability Support Programme (2026-2027)

East Sussex County Council seeks to commission a delivery partner to provide an employability support programme for young people aged 16-24 who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). The service will engage participants, support personal development, and enable progression into positive destinations including employment, further education, or training.
