Bus Shelter Advertising Concession Consultancy

The purpose of this commission is to provide independent, specialist consultancy support to advise on the development, procurement and contract assurance of a bus shelter advertising concession to the Council. The Supplier shall provide independent consultancy and advisory support to assist the Council in developing, shaping and procuring a bus shelter advertising concession that reflects the scale, quality and configuration of the Council's estate.
