QQ26022 - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configuration Support

CWC have a Dynamics 365 based CRM solution based on IPSSMD. We require a company to work with to provide guidance on modernisation and development of the platform. We require experience of system integration with third party applications specifically our Omnichannel solution Cirrus CxOne. It is a requirement that on site meetings with stakeholders are attended on a regular basis.
