The Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (“OZEV”, the “Authority”) is commissioning feasibility studies from Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to provide detailed technical, cost and delivery information to support the development of a proposed financial intervention, the Strategic Charging Infrastructure Scheme.
