Enterprise Project Management Tool Support Services

Provision of ongoing support services for the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool under the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement. Services include system administration support, technical assistance, issue resolution, user support, maintenance, configuration updates, performance monitoring, and advisory services to ensure the effective operation and continued use of the EPM platform across NPL.
