Provision of professional services for the implementation of a new Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool under the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement. Services include solution configuration, deployment, system setup, migration support, integration activities, testing, user training, and project management to enable the successful adoption and operation of the EPM platform across NPL.
