Provision of Funeral Services

Provision of funeral services and deceased patient transportation services for Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. The contract covers the collection, transfer, handling and funeral arrangements for pregnancy loss, stillbirths, infants and, where required, adult deceased patients. Services are required on a responsive basis and must be delivered in accordance with relevant statutory, regulatory and professional standards.
